British Airways has good flights to Antigua, via London. The airport is VC Bird International Airport (ANU)

 
Day 1 - Boarding in Jolly Harbour. We go to the Epicurean supermarket and after we go and walk to one of the biggest beaches in Antigua for an aperitif. 
Day 2 - Wake up calmly, breakfast and we set sail towards south to Falmouth Bay or English Harbour for anchoring at night. 
Day 3 - visit Nelson's Dockyard then we sail north to arrive around noon at Cades Reef for snorkeling, evening at the Five Island Bay, in front of one of the most exclusive resorts in Antigua. 
Day 4 - Departure for Barbuda, about 3 hours of sailing and arrival at Coco Point, anchor in the bay in the middle of the reef, the beach a few meters away. 
Day 5 - Barbuda, relaxing day  between long walk on the beach and snorkeling in the reef. 
Day 6 - We return to Antigua in St. John, the capital, to move then to the nearby Deep Bay for the last night on the island. 
Day 7 - Landing in Jolly Harbour or St. John 

These are the goals of the route for a minimum stay of 7 days but are clearly expandable to enjoy places better like Barbuda or English Harbour.
