Degree in Geological Sciences with specialization in marine geology

Sailing teacher.

He has sailed extensively throughout the Caribbean. He’s been sailing since age 12, having raced, cruised, voyaged, taught, and coached sailing for many years

He led a business career which included at various times management consulting, teaching, project management, team building, sailing tour operator, sailing broker.

Massimo has a no-limit sailing license and he was a sailing teacher in Italy. He has sailed in Mediterranean Sea, Caribbean Sea, Polinesia, New Zealand, Nouvelle Caledonie, Thailand.

Massimo took part to many regatta in important italian championships and he loves skiing.
